WINDOW COVERING REPLACEMENT INITIATIVE

Please fill in the secure form below to contribute to the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s window covering replacement initiative. Donations can also be made by cheque or credit card at ECCC reception.

The cost of each resident’s blind upgrade is approximately $600, but any amount helps. If you’re in a position to do so, a donation covering the cost of your family member’s room would be truly appreciated. Any contributions above the cost of your loved one’s upgrade will be pooled to help cover the room of a resident whose family might not be in a position to contribute at this time.

If you are making this donation in honour of a specific resident, please include their name in the DEDICATION INFORMATION near the bottom of this form, especially if you are making this donation anonymously.

Donations of $20 or more are eligible for a tax receipt. Thank you!
